RETURNS

We value customer satisfaction.

In the rare event that you receive the incorrect product or a defective product we will either refund 100% of your payment or provide you a replacement product free of charge. We will cover the return shipping cost as well!

We do accept a returns if you are un-happy. It must be with in 15 days of the date you received the product and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost. T-shirts have a $7 re-stocking fee and Hoodies have a $15 re-stoking fee.

Any merchandise being returned must be in new condition, un-used, and un-washed. The condition of the returned item is left at the discretion of Patriotictshop.com.

To request a return please fill out the form below or send an email to Support@Patriotictshop.com. The whole process of returning a product and receiving a refund may take up to 14 days. If the refund is approved it will be put back onto the same credit card used to pay. It may take up to 5 Business days to receive your money back.

We charge the price of the product plus shipping as calculated and shown in your car. We do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with Patriotictshop.com is safe, we are SSL certified! Stripe accepts VISA, American Express, Master Card, Discover & JCB. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to the United States of America and internationally from our location upper New York shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority or an international courrier. The cost of shipping will be calculated at check out when we know your location. We Provide a tracking number for all orders within your order confirmation email. Please allow 4-7 business days for a standard shipped order, and 7-21 business days for international orders.  If you have any further questions regarding shipping please send us a message via our Contact page.
