RETURNS

We value customer satisfaction.

In the rare event that you receive the incorrect product or a defective product we will either refund 100% of your payment or provide you a replacement product free of charge. We will cover the return shipping cost as well!

We do accept returns if you are unhappy. It must be within 15 days of the date you received the product and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Because we print custom orders, t-shirts have a $7 restocking fee and hoodies have a $15 restocking fee.

Any merchandise being returned must be in new condition, unused, and unwashed. 

To request a return please send an email to support@patriotictshop.com. If the refund is approved it will be put back onto the same credit card used to pay. It may take up to 5 business days to receive your money back.

All returns must be sent to this return address after receiving an RMA number.
